As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for leveraging advanced technologies and data analysis techniques to drive business insights and support decision-making processes.
You will play a pivotal role in managing data, creating on-demand reports (including Power BI reports), and continuously seeking and implementing new software tools to improve business processes, data collection, and data analysis.
- Manage information in Power BI and Master Data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, opportunities for business improvement, and develop KPI’s.
- Function as the Microsoft Dynamics (D365) super user and Master Data Administrator.
- Manage information in Power BI and Master Data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, opportunities for business improvement, and develop KPI’s.
- Function as the Microsoft Dynamics (D365) super user and Master Data Administrator.
- Proactively engage with software tools, business unit teams, IT, and Accounting and Control to improve visibility into the business operations.
- Identify and implement process efficiencies to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting, enabling timely and accurate decision-making.
- Solicit feedback from data users to ensure that the analytics provided are valuable and actionable.
- Continuously iterate and improve data analytics based on user feedback, adapting to changing business needs and requirements.
Minimum :
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years supply chain or purchasing, and business analytics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in ERP systems, materials requirements planning (MRP) and related software.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Proven experience in managing and analyzing data using Power BI or similar tools.
- Strong proficiency in data manipulation, visualization, and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement new software tools that improve business processes, data collection, and data analysis.
Preferred :
- Microsoft Dynamics (D365) Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Experience in supply chain management in a food and beverage manufacturing environment.
