POSITION SUMMARY :
Responsible for answering and screening all incoming phone calls in a professional manner, greet visitors and perform various clerical duties as requested.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Answer all incoming phone calls;
- Email and mail out to clients / prospective clients questionnaire forms;
- Greet and seat all clients that come into office;
- Confirm that client has completed an information sheet;
- Provide client with water or coffee upon request;
- Clean conference rooms at the end of each appointment;
- Schedule appointments for clients;
- Opening client files and file management;
- Prepare basic estate planning documents using Westlaw Form Builder;
- Copy documents for attorneys;
- Notarize client documents as requested;
- Clean breakroom at the end of each day; and
- All other projects as assigned.
REQUIRED HOURS :
- Monday thru Thursday 8 : 00 am 5 : 00 pm
- Friday 8 : 00 am 2 : 30 pm
- Lunch from 11 : 45 am 12 : 15 pm

Excellent Telephone / Meeting Etiquette, Excellent Oral Communication Skills, Written Communication Skills, Professionalism, Interpersonal Skills, Organization, Planning, Proofreading and Grammatical Skills, Time Management, Computer Literacy, Type 45 WPM.
Ability to operate standard office equipment efficiently including : Copy / fax / postal machines and Computers / Printers / Typewriter
