Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the school utilizing problem solving and conflict resolution
- Educate and mentor teachers, providing guidance and support
- Assist with curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings and events
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Staff hiring, training, and scheduling
- Establish family and relations
- Manage marketing and enrollments
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- 2 years of full-time experience in managing a center-based program
- A thorough knowledge of NJ Licensing regulations (DCF) for child care centers to ensure compliance with all state laws, as well as Kiddie Academy policies and standards.
- Strong leadership skills and managerial experience
- Action-oriented, organized, focused, and creative thinker
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of curriculum development principles and practices
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
