Our Team is seeking a Prep-Cook dedicated to consistently following our family's traditional recipes, keeping their stations organized for the menu, and preparing food items to meet our high standards.
It's important to us that our Prep-Cooks prioritize hygiene while setting up, preparing, and breaking down their station.
We understand the importance of these qualities and appreciate your commitment to teamwork and excellence in the kitchen.
The Prep Cook is a beginner to intermediate level BOH position. The Prep Cook must be able to handle kitchen knives, hot pots and pans and multi-tasks responsibly.
The Prep Cook is responsible for preparing food, the majority of the kitchen cleaning and assisting the Line Cook as needed.
This position pays $13-$14 per hour, plus tips
