Maintenance Technician Lead will assist the plant with all matters related to excellent equipment maintenance. This includes a mix of coordinating efforts of others, but also hands on maintenance at times.
This position also coordinates the installation, maintenance and repair work in the plant, leads a team of technicians, regularly inspect sites, execute work as necessary, maintain equipment and assign workers to various projects. Preferably Millwright
Skills :
- Extensive knowledge of building systems such as mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
- Work in compliance with Safety / OSHA, Environmental, and Quality standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed
- Ability to plan maintenance schedules for building systems
- Excellent management and supervisory skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

Computer Skills :
Knowledge of Manufacturing software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software, CMMS, SAP ideal.
Education and / or Experience :
Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school in mechanical maintenance; or five to seven years' related experience and / or training;
or equivalent combination of education and experience; knowledge and / or experience with PM systems. Electrical experience and millwright certification preferred.
Have a welding certificate that meets requirements for structural welding.
