We are seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at TEEZ Hair Studio in Highland Village, TX. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about the beauty industry and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the front desk operations and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process for clients
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with stylists to ensure efficient workflow
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Train and supervise front desk staff to maintain a high level of customer service
- Assist with inventory management and retail sales
Requirements :
- Prior experience in a similar role within the beauty or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in salon management software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- A friendly and professional demeanor with a passion for customer satisfaction
- Previous experience in sales with sales quotas
