As part of the Global SMB Team, the Regional Business Marketing Team works in close collaboration with the Sales and Product teams, becoming the champions of SMB audiences, continually optimizing performance driven messaging strategies and customer journeys.

Candidates should have prior experience designing and executing multi-channel customer experiences and managing ecosystem strategies and implementation.

ResponsibilitiesDrive leads, product adoption and revenue growth for SMBs through innovative strategies, education, and target ownership for priority product(s).

  • Align with Sales, Growth and Product to define opportunity size, prioritize support for owned products, build a seamless client experience, and understand key success drivers.
  • Lead GTM narrative, campaign strategy, and "wrapper" by collaborating with stakeholders to define product value propositions, craft joint integrated marketing plans (webinars, events, web, social, email and more), insight-driven toolkits, campaigns, narratives, pitch packages, and verticalized content / strategies.
  • Develop and maintain launch calendars to deliver KPIs for priority products on time and on budget, highlighting barriers and opportunities along the way.
  • Focus on content as an input to success with ultimate responsibility of driving a comprehensive campaign in partnership with Product, Sales, Growth, and GBS (.

Marketing Solutions) in joint narratives, events, campaigns and packages.- Oversee high-quality content creation across formats, manage internal / external vendors (writers, designers, creators, agencies) to develop assets.

  • Track and analyze marketing performance across all campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and continuously iterate for better results.
  • Share best practices, collaborate with regional counterparts, and contribute to broader team initiatives for full-funnel success across leads, new revenue and incremental revenue.
  • Identify and package successful regional platform content strategies for global scaling and leverage across other regions.
  • Advocate for customer focus based on data and research, influencing internal teams to prioritize SMB needs and solution-based narratives.

Minimum Qualifications- Minimum 5 years of experience in a strategy or content strategy role .- Experience designing and executing content strategies and analyzing content strategy performance,- Expert written and verbal communicator, with the ability to articulate abstract concepts.

  • Ability to identify opportunities, develop project scope and independently lead ideation and execution.- Experience leading and collaborating across broader teams (Product, Sales, Marketing) to define product value propositions and GTM plans.
  • Confidence in crafting integrated marketing plans encompassing various channels. Preferred Qualifications- A deep understanding of the Small & Medium Businesses industry.
  • Experience within a top tier creative agency, brand creative group or a strategy role within a technology company.
