Job Description :

Required Qualifications :

• BS / BA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
• 2-4 years of experience with the ServiceNow Platform, certification preferred
• Experience with building and maintaining ATF test within the ServiceNow Platform
• Proven written and verbal communication skills
• Proven customer service skills with a focus on urgency and accuracy
• Ability to follow documented procedures accurately

Job Overview :

Responsible for working with workflows, test automation and maintenance in support of the development, maintenance, integration, enhancement, and support of the ServiceNow platform following vendor best practices.

Responsibilities* :

• Work with workflows within the ServiceNow platform
• Build and maintain automated tests for testing of platform functionality via ServiceNow ATF framework based on provided manual test scripts.
• Works with the team to provide estimated level of effort.
• Takes ownership of high level / complex business requirements and works them to completion.
• Ensure all work adheres to the processes, policies and best practices for development and the platform for Client and ServiceNow.
• Maintain updated knowledge of product capabilities to ensure we are best utilizing the platform with minimal customization.
• Participate in daily standups to report status, delays, and risks to scrum master / team leads / management.
• Work with members of the team, vendors, and other teams in support of application performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Ensure the system maintains compliance with Client policies and procedures, including SOX, PCI, and data retention processes.
• Practices safety conscious behaviors in all processes and procedures.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

Pay Range* : $52-$57 per hour

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
