Position Overview : The Director of eCommerce will lead our online sales strategy, focusing on growing revenue through Shopify and Amazon.
This role requires a dynamic leader who can build and manage a high-performing eCommerce team, optimize our digital channels, and drive overall online growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive eCommerce strategy to achieve revenue targets, with a focus on Shopify and Amazon platforms.
- Analyze and interpret eCommerce data to drive insights and optimize performance.
- Build and lead a high-performing eCommerce team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure a cohesive approach to online sales.
- Manage budget allocation and ROI for eCommerce initiatives.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement best practices for online merchandising, SEO, and customer experience.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor strategies to continuously refine our approach.
