Purpose of the Job :
As a Product Manager at Collinson, you'll be at the forefront of product innovation, driving the success and performance of our offerings from ideation to market success.
You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize product requirements, define product strategy, and ensure seamless execution throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities :
- Product Strategy : Own product initiatives and drive alignment across teams to bring new offerings to market.
- Product Execution : Lead end-to-end product development cycles, from discovery to launch and iteration.
- Data-Driven & Customer-Centric : Gain deep insights into customer needs and behaviors, leveraging data to drive product enhancements.
- Influencing People : Inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to champion the product vision and goals.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required :
- Proven experience in product management and development.
- Strong communication and customer focus.
- Growth mindset and detail-oriented approach.
- Experience in a data-driven environment and ability to interpret feedback effectively.
- Strong track record of positive collaboration and partnership.
Bonus Skills :
- Experience in the travel industry.
- Bilingual proficiency in US English and Latin American Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese.
