Purpose of the Job :

As a Product Manager at Collinson, you'll be at the forefront of product innovation, driving the success and performance of our offerings from ideation to market success.

You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize product requirements, define product strategy, and ensure seamless execution throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Product Strategy : Own product initiatives and drive alignment across teams to bring new offerings to market.
  • Product Execution : Lead end-to-end product development cycles, from discovery to launch and iteration.
  • Data-Driven & Customer-Centric : Gain deep insights into customer needs and behaviors, leveraging data to drive product enhancements.
  • Influencing People : Inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to champion the product vision and goals.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required :

  • Proven experience in product management and development.
  • Strong communication and customer focus.
  • Growth mindset and detail-oriented approach.
  • Experience in a data-driven environment and ability to interpret feedback effectively.
  • Strong track record of positive collaboration and partnership.

Bonus Skills :

  • Experience in the travel industry.
  • Bilingual proficiency in US English and Latin American Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese.
