A client in the Health & Fitness Education industry is looking for more Member Services Representatives to add to their growing team.
This team is responsible for fielding inbound customer service calls from members who are experiencing issues, looking to sign up, or need to retest.
They are looking for individuals with prior customer service experience, and a great attitude so they can take great care of their growing client base.
This role will require on-site training in Chandler, but then will switch to a mostly remote work from home model with on-site work being required only 1 day a week.
Contract Duration : 6 months to 1 year
Required Skills & Experience
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Customer focused attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Good internet speed at home
- A quiet place to work and take calls
Desired Skills & Experience
Interest in fitness or Certified Personal Training (CPT Cert) a big plus
