Job Summary :
Responsible for leading the design, development and delivery of Talent Acquisition role-based programs,
communications and related activities, in addition to coaching team and TA best practices developed over several
years of professional experience. Collaborates with Business Partners, Recruiters and Hiring Managers to address
Talent Acquisition needs. Work activities include coordinating career fairs and other events; identifying
candidates to fill positions; managing the interview process; guiding newly hired associates through the
Onboarding process; scheduling and responding to varied ad-hoc assignments. Support Physician recruitment
efforts. Responsibilities reflect increased complexity and greater decision-making and problem-solving latitude
and require the application of a broad knowledge of talent acquisition methods, practices and techniques.
Essential Functions :
Analytical and problem solving skills in order to handle reasonably complex situations from both the micro
and macro perspective while considering a broad ranges of issues / factors, and recommends creative solutions
Strong written and verbal communication skills in order to discuss detailed technical or sensitive information
with internal and external clients
