Job Summary :

Responsible for leading the design, development and delivery of Talent Acquisition role-based programs,

communications and related activities, in addition to coaching team and TA best practices developed over several

years of professional experience. Collaborates with Business Partners, Recruiters and Hiring Managers to address

Talent Acquisition needs. Work activities include coordinating career fairs and other events; identifying

candidates to fill positions; managing the interview process; guiding newly hired associates through the

Onboarding process; scheduling and responding to varied ad-hoc assignments. Support Physician recruitment

efforts. Responsibilities reflect increased complexity and greater decision-making and problem-solving latitude

and require the application of a broad knowledge of talent acquisition methods, practices and techniques.

Essential Functions :

Analytical and problem solving skills in order to handle reasonably complex situations from both the micro

and macro perspective while considering a broad ranges of issues / factors, and recommends creative solutions

Strong written and verbal communication skills in order to discuss detailed technical or sensitive information

with internal and external clients

Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills and ability to manage and complete work in an

efficient and thorough manner

Makes effort to influence and lead without authority, continuously learning and seeking personal and

professional growth opportunities to build credibility with clients, peers and team members

Models behavior that enables and encourages an environment filled with teaming and knowledge sharing to

support associate empowerment and personal growth

Proficient in software programs including Google Suite

Ability to maintain accessibility and visibility in order to monitor and fulfill associate needs and engagement

with extraordinary customer service, and advice to ensure people issues are adequately addressed or

mitigated to create a respectful, positive and sustainable work environment

Ability to serve as a steward of culture by working to establish and maintain a caring,

collaborative and high performance culture and displaying a commitment to diversity

Ability to understand organizational relationships and structures

Must be discrete and maintain the highest confidentiality with extremely sensitive data

Strong interpersonal, consultative, relationship building and conflict management skills in order to source

candidates and develop productive working partnerships with management and staff

Ability to foster relationships with associates built on sustainable trust in order to provide long-lasting,

comprehensive advice and service on recruitment related issues

Ability to read the subtle nuances of situations and react / plan accordingly

Proven customer-service orientation

Ability to know and understand client requirements and exercise judgment in meeting reasonable

expectations

Ability to adapt to changing situations

Assists with all other projects as assigned
