The Role
As one of the founding engineers, you will play a pivotal role in building and shipping cutting-edge Gen AI applications for our client's inaugural customers.
From understanding their unique needs to deploying robust solutions in their environments, you will be at the forefront of shaping their engineering culture and processes.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom I solutions tailored to the specific requirements of their clients
- Ensure seamless integration and scalability of the AI systems you build
- Collaborate cross-functionally throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support
- Actively contribute to shaping their engineering practices, hiring processes, and company culture
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in full-stack software development
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages and a strong understanding of software engineering best practices
- Passion for AI and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field
