As part of the team, you'll be responsible for supporting our German customers with their network infrastructure. Your role will involve a balanced mix of 1st, 2nd, and potentially 3rd line support, depending on your experience level.

Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network infrastructure issues reported by German customers.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their network requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain IP networks and solutions tailored to the needs of the maritime industry.
- Conduct regular maintenance and performance monitoring of network systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Assist in the development and testing of new network equipment and solutions in collaboration with the R&D department.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for internal reference and customer support.
Skills / Must have :
- Networking understanding at CCNA Level
- Proficiency in Linux / Infrastructure management
- Fluency in English and a working understanding of German; proficiency in German preferred
- Willingness to work in shifts
Nice to Haves :
- Background in VSAT or Telecoms
- Familiarity with Red Hat Linux
