Job Title : Residential Maintenance Technician
Job Description
As a Residential Maintenance Technician, you will handle HVAC and plumbing repairs and replacements, including compressor repairs and furnace installations.
You will perform general maintenance and repairs in various areas of residential construction, such as plumbing / sewer, electrical, drywall, paint, carpentry, masonry, roofing, and excavation.
You will complete tasks efficiently and in accordance with industry standards and company guidelines.

Work Environment
You will work primarily within a 30-mile radius of the metro area, servicing rental properties, apartment complexes, townhouses, and single-family homes.
