Job Title : Assistant General Manager Department : Administration Reports To : VP of Operations / General Manager FLSA Status : Full Time;

Exempt SUMMARY This position is responsible for assisting the VP of Operations / General Manager in the leadership, operation and profit and loss for Lumen Field, Lumen Field Event Center and the WAMU Theater.

The AGM is responsible for several aspects of the operation and business results of one of the busiest sports and entertainment complexes in the country : Lumen Field, Lumen Field Event Center and the WAMU Theater.

Together these venues host 175 events and 2.5 million visitors per year. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Direct and lead the operations for front-of-house departments : including Guest Services, Event Operations, Parking / Traffic, Food & Beverage and Security Direct and lead the operations for back of house departments : including Fields, Conversion, Utility, Housekeeping and Sustainability Review and develop annual business plans for all reporting departments.

Provide leadership and resources to enable direct reports to achieve company goals and objectives Responsible for developing and managing annual budgets for reporting departments to include revenue and expense.

Monitor monthly financials and act when expenses exceed budget and / or revenue falls short Lead and provide process for event expense management to optimize for contribution margin and net revenue while not compromising guest, client and employee experience Ensure that all legal and regulatory compliance requirements and obligations of the venue and food and beverage operation are met Develop, implement and maintain innovative programs and process to ensure successful execution of all events and the highest levels of guest service and fan experience Lead coordination with supervised stadium department heads to ensure effective implementation of basic venue operations at all time and ensure that all laws, codes, ordinances, policies, procedures, risk management, safety precautions, rules / regulations and emergency procedures are followed Partner with Managing Director of Program and Business Development to assist with fulfilling contractual obligations and client requests for all events Partner with department heads, contractors and tenants to develop a comprehensive Guest Services initiative and plan for use at all Lumen Field events Assist in the oversight of Lumen Field contract service partners to ensue contract compliance and fulfillment of KPIs Serve as point of contact for Levy Restaurants and provide guidance, oversight and leadership to the Food and Beverage team.

Responsible to work with concessionaire to develop business plans and KPIs and hold concessionaire accountable to achieve these goals while providing best in class customer service Work closely with the Managing Director of Consumer Experience as well as Finance and Business Analytics to collect and utilize data to inform decisions on all aspects of operation.

Develop dashboards to track KPIs Working with the Consumer Experience and Business Analytics departments, utilize NFL Voice of the Fan, internal survey results, secret shopper reports, fan feedback and other data to continually improve the fan and consumer experience Assist the General Manager in representing interests of the Seahawks and First & Goal Inc.

as a liaison to the Washington State Public Stadium Authority (PSA) (owner of Lumen Field) and neighborhood groups and BIAs in the adjacent 3 neighborhoods Represent the General Manager as needed at various meetings for Lumen Field, Virginia Mason Athletic Center, Sounders FC, Reign FC, City of Seattle and other governmental agencies Maintain position as sustainability leader in sports and entertainment venues through innovative and effective waste diversion, energy conservation and other sustainability initiatives Build and motivate highly effective and high performing teams through communication, coaching / development, collaboration and performance management Review and negotiate all relevant contracts and agreements on behalf of the venues such as labor agreements, venue use agreements, etc.

Identify opportunities to facilitate cross departmental communication and collaboration that enable higher efficiency in work output and achievement of company goals Extensive knowledge and experience in operating stadiums, arenas, ballparks or large-scale facilities Other duties as assigned REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Minimum of 10 years’ experience, in sports, entertainment and / or hospitality within a high-profile, high-volume, service-oriented environment with a population of diverse teammates and stakeholders At least 5 years in a senior management position Proven success in the acquisition, promotion and production of large, high-profile events Proven record of developing business plans and revenue goals and meeting and exceeding those revenue goals and creating revenue growth year to year Comprehensive understanding of regulatory agency (health, liquor control, etc.

standards and requirements as well as industry best practices Strong executive presence and influence to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the company Excellent ability to manage competing priorities, work in a fast-paced environment and identify broader opportunities to improve processes and exceed the business plan deliverables Solid customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and foster internal and external relationships Strong organizational development and talent management skills with the ability to make difficult decisions in a rapidly changing environment and competitive marketplace;

ability to work and manage divergent teams focused on multiple, complex projects simultaneously Exceptional communication and facilitation skills with ability to present business and / or financial information in both verbal and written formats to a variety of stakeholders to include internal senior executives and external officials Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and organizational ability Exemplary management skills.

Ability to effectively partner to solve human resource and personnel problems; to deal constructively with conflict; to motivate, provide counsel and execute appropriate solutions REQUIRED EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business or a related field.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The salary range for this position is : $150,000 - $220,000. The salary range applies to the current posting.
