What You'll Do
- Responsible for assigned book of business amounting to $800k (or more) in revenue
- Process renewals and incidental new business, cancellations, audits, and endorsement requests
- Delegate cancellations, audits, and endorsement requests
- Invoice policies, audits, endorsements, and cancellations as appropriate
- Responsible for accuracy of your work product and that of others assisting you
- Monitor issuance of certificates of insurance
- Create certificate guidelines form
- Responsible for renewal list
- Market renewal policies
- Negotiate coverages and premiums with carriers
- Provide producer with renewal proposals
- Final check on policies for coverage
- Respond to or refer insured's' and underwriters' questions or requests
- Assist producer, accounting department and client in the reconciliation of client accounts
- Responsible for account rounding
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external clients
You Should Have
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a Client Manager, Account Manager, or similar role in the P&C brokerage industry for 7+ years required
- Property & Casualty Insurance License required
- CISR / CIC designation or other advanced designation preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated comfort with renewal cycle and processes
- Possesses time management and problem solving skills
- Personal responsibility and accountability for assigned book of business
- Ability to build and grow professional relationships with clients
Salary Range
$85,000 $95,000 USD
