ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Communicate effectively and professionally with consumers through in-person meetings, telephone conversations, and email correspondence
Discuss and understand customers needs and provide recommendations on appropriate loan products
Review active loan files daily and work with other teams to ensure loans are processed and closed in a timely manner
Understand and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies
Know and understand Non-QM, Conventional, FHA, and VA underwriting guidelines for the purpose of originating loans
Develop new business opportunities by developing strong relationships with customers, seeking referrals, and conducting marketing campaigns
Maintain high quality standards while meeting or exceeding the Companys daily production goals
Perform other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to build relationships with clients
Self-motivated and client-focused
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Solid knowledge of computer systems including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED
1+ years of mortgage sales experience
Current NMLS license number in good standing in all states where licenses are held
Ability to meet applicable qualifications and standards required for MLO Licensure under the SAFE Act
Strong understanding of financial calculations and the ability to communicate current rate / pricing with customers
Knowledge of credit and mortgage loan underwriting practices, agency / investor eligibility requirements, and state / federal regulatory compliance

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more.
For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.*
