Our client is seeking a Senior Architect to support and optimize SAP Capital Service Management (SM), S4 Service, Plant Maintenance, customer service, and related business processes through the Salesforce-integrated ServiceMax solution.
As the technical owner within their business transformation program (S4 HANA), you will focus on developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP functionality.
Working closely with the ServiceMax team, you'll analyze, design, test, and deliver solutions to improve operational efficiency.
This hybrid role requires 3 days onsite.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve business processes.
- Recommend technical solutions that meet business needs.
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying requirements and implementing solutions.
- Configure SAP S4 Service System and evaluate new capabilities.
- Manage tasks, timelines, and project deliverables.
- Provide support in S4 Service Management and ServiceMax integration.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience with SAP, including ECC6 and / or S4HANA.
- Knowledge of SAP SM, SD, and PM modules.
- Experience with SAP development projects and software lifecycle.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred :
- Experience with S / 4HANA Service Management and ServiceMax integrations.
- Industry experience in Medical Device or Life Sciences.
