Here's what you'd do :

• The candidate is looking for a skilled senior ServiceNow Developer to work with our Clinical Practice on developing complex requests and solutions.
• Work with the current ServiceNow Administrator / Platform Owner and Developer teams to provide solutions that align with business requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and recommend innovative solutions.
• Implement best practices and adhere to industry standards to ensure the integrity and security of the ServiceNow platform and applications.
• Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, utilizing web services, APIs, and data imports.
• Perform in-depth analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging of complex issues to ensure system stability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, optimize workflows, and enhance user experience.
• Actively contribute to developing and maintaining technical documentation, including architectural designs, configurations, and customizations.
• Provide guidance and support to end-users, ensuring effective adoption and utilization of ServiceNow applications.
• Develop UAT testing plans and work with end users to ensure UAT acceptance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Hours : 40 hrs / Week

Length : Contract (12 Months)

Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Minimum of 4 years experience in data imports, particularly related to CMDB.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 3 years of ServiceNow development, including hands-on experience with application design, configuration, customization, and integration.
• ServiceNow Developer Certification
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect
• ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
• Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, Angular, REST, and XML needed.
• Solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively and independently in a team environment.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High attention to detail.
