Seeking a diligent and detail-oriented painter to join our team at a thriving company in San Jose, CA. - Responsibilities include erecting scaffolding, preparing surfaces, sanding old paint, patching drywall, blending paint hues, and painting residential and commercial properties.
- The perfect candidate will possess strong communication skills for client interactions and have expertise in various paint surfaces and tools utilization.
- Prior experience in working with a range of paint materials and surfaces is preferred. - Proficiency in both hand and power tool usage is essential for successful task completion.

Compensation : $24 - $27 Hourly

Responsibilities :
- Mix paint or stains to the customer’s specification
- Cover trim, fixtures, furniture, and floors to protect them from paint
- Leave the work area clean once the project has been completed
- Apply primer or sealers to paint surfaces
- Fill holes and cracks with putty, and sand away old paint to prepare surfaces for painting
Qualifications :
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to drive to multiple job locations throughout the workweek
- We prefer candidates with 2 years of work experience and a completed apprenticeship, but not required
- Candidates should have strong time management, communication skills, and attention to detail
- Stamina, standing for long periods of time, dexterity, and physical strength is required
- Should have general knowledge of painting techniques and tools, but we are willing to provide training
