We are looking for a Retail Customer Service Associate!

The ideal candidate is highly organized, a self-starter, who is energetic, and possesses strong

customer service and communication skills. This person must thrive in a fast paced, team

orientated environment. The right candidate will have the opportunity to expand their knowledge

and grow within the organization.

Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

Answer all incoming calls & emails, responds to inquiries, and schedules sales appointments

Assist customers in showroom with appointment scheduling, product knowledge, and retail sales

Resolve customer concerns / complaints using a professional approach.

Perform office duties as needed

Monday through Friday workweek (In Person, Ashland, MA)

Requirements :

Must be a team player with a positive attitude

Must have a reliable means of transportation

Ability to follow directions & multitask

Prior retail sales & customer service experience preferred, but not required

Prior industry experience a plus

Must be proficient with Microsoft word, Outlook, Excel, Google platforms (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)

Job Type : Full-time Pay : $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year (depending on experience)
