Implement and oversee the security operation; supervise security officers. Assist with the functions of physical and personal security and safety measures of members, patients, staff, and visitors.
Protects staff and property from theft or damage, or persons from hazards or interference, including the potential for violence in the workplace.
Makes periodic tours to check for irregularities and to inspect protection devices and fire control equipment. Preserves order and may enforce regulations pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises.

- Make access badges in accordance to SLA
- Supervise and direct Security Team, act as lead person and liaison between client and staff
- Escalate staffing or personnel concerns immediately to Client and Account Manager
- Assist with training and developing security team
- Monitor post activity to ensure the security of the facility, preventing unauthorized access
- Maintain building keys and key logs
- Review and save CCTV video regarding incidents
- Conduct various audits including post audits to evaluate officer posts
- Complete various logs and end of shift reports
- Complete incident reports by end of shift
- Respond to alarms in accordance to SLA standards
- Issue training to security staff
- Review incident reports for quality, completeness, and accuracy
- Input Incident Reports in database by end of shift
- Provide direction and support to associates and assist associates with security matters as needed
- Participate in Emergency Evacuation response
- Back fills open positions for breaks lunches and / or call offs as needed
- Notify client immediately if staffing level at any site falls below 80%
- Ensure proper data is entered into Purchaser’s security guard performance management tool on a daily basis.

- Valid Drivers License.
- Valid BSIS Guard Card.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must have clean driving record.
- Must be hardworking.
- Must be honest at all times.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- 2 Year Security Supervisory Experience
- Previous security-related work experience.
- Ability to stay levelheaded and respond quickly in stressful situations.
- Proficient written and oral communication skills in English.
- Comfortable kneeling, carrying, bending, walking, and standing for. extended periods of time
- Ability to perform continuous physical exertion as needed.
- Working knowledge of basic security techniques.
