About The Position
Job Title : Employee Wellness Psychotherapist Job Specialty : Employee Wellness Job Duration : 33 weeks Shift : Day - 5x8 - 9 am - 5 pm, 40 Hours Guaranteed Hours : 10 hours / week Experience : Minimum of 5 years of related experience License : Current license as one of the following : - Psychologist (LP) - Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) - Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) - Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) Certifications : Not specified Must-Have : - Critical incident stress debriefing experience - Strong interpersonal and communications skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a healthcare setting Job Description : - Deliver in-person short-term counseling to clinical staff addressing psychological, social, and emotional needs.
- Facilitate individual counseling and / or group therapy sessions for stress, burnout, trauma, and other mental health concerns.
- Develop and implement coping strategies and crisis management plans. - Provide critical incident response and support during staff mental health crises.
- Design and deliver training sessions for leaders on mental health issues, support, and healthy work environments. - Educate on self-care, stress management, team dynamics, and resilience building.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure comprehensive mental health support. - Maintain accurate records of therapeutic interactions and track training participation.
- Create reports on program utilization and effectiveness, and offer ongoing support recommendations. - Days and times are negotiable and will be discussed with interviewees.
Preferred Skills & Experience : - Experience working with healthcare professionals or in high-stress environments - Onsite Employee Assistance Program experience - Experience facilitating education and training
