Provide active, engaged support in the thought leadership around strategic ideas and initiatives designed to achieve Commercial Credit Delivery strategic objectives, including optimization of the bank’s lending process.

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below.

Contribute as an integral member of the CCD Process Engineering team, providing effective support and thought leadership to Process Engineering team around ideas and initiatives in support of CCB end to end credit process as well as merger activities.

Support CCD project management team and enablement team to ensure effective execution on projects relative to CCB initiatives and strategy.

Provide SME and CCD support on various cross LOB workstreams to include, but not limited to, integration and merger activities .

Responsible for creation of various data tables and project analysis necessary according to project need. Contribute to required PMO organization and documentation needs as required.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in relevant field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates strong mastery of all computer applications, inclusive of Microsoft Office software products.
• Critical problem solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of Commercial Credit Lending.

Preferred Qualifications :

• 2-4 years in analyst / project support role
• Strong Powerpoint and Visio skills
• Experience working on business projects
• Commercial lending or underwriting experience preferred
