Responsibilities :
We are looking for passionate, motivated, experienced Listing Agents who want to excel in their Listing Agent role.
Our team is here to give you massive back-end support, a huge database, the very best marketing, training, tons of resources and the chance to be surrounded by other high-volume agents on one of the best real estate teams in the Tampa Bay Area.
You will have the unique opportunity to learn directly from one of the top Agents in the Real Estate industry.
We are looking for someone who wants to be coached, has a great attitude, isn't afraid to do the work, consistently shows up and gives 110%, and is hungry to be wildly successful.

Qualifications :
- Currently licensed in real estate
- Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing / lead technologies
- Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly
- Team player who believes their success is the team’s success
- Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- At least one year of work experience in real estate sales
