What You’ll Do :
As a valued member of the broader Business Solutions team, you will be relied upon to assist the Business Solutions process and to contribute value to the bank’s decisions.
You will build rapport with internal and external customers and become a key player in an essential function of our bank.
Your strong combination of interpersonal, analytical, and decision-making skills makes you a valued resource and partner as you :
- Serve as the initial and primary contact for Business Solutions products.
- Build strategic relationships internally & externally
- Leverage teamwork to provide a seamless delivery to clients
- Serve as a subject matter expert on all products and services that the department offers
- Assist with researching and analyzing competitive strategies and services.
Key Accountabilities :
Customer Onboarding and Training Support
- Provide onboarding and training to new Business Solutions customers as needed.
- Provide training, support and partnership to various internal departments as needed.
- Coordinate smooth transition to Customer Support as needed.
Client Development Management
- Develop a Business Solutions marketing plan utilizing effective sales techniques that will generate new relationships and cross-sell various products and services including commercial, investment and trust.
- Develop and manage relationships and make presentations to existing and potential customers.
- Work with businesses to identify areas of opportunities and recommend appropriate and necessary services and / or products.
- Qualify potential referral opportunities to other areas of the bank through conversations before making a referral to appropriate sales team(s).

Requirements
You’ve Got This :
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or related field. Consideration may be made for experience in lieu of bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years’ recent experience in a client-facing role in Treasury / Cash Management / Card Services, Financial Services or related business service.
- Demonstrated experience and success in a business solutions role.
- Effective problem-solving, organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of different Banking products including online banking, wire transfer, ACH processing, card operations, and risk management
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to identify and solve difficult problems involving multiple facets and variables
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret business periodicals, technical procedures or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
