Registered Nurse (RN) BaylorProgram

DelmarCenter is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse(RN) to be an RN on the weekends for our skilled nursing facility.

DUTIES :

• Provides advice & support to the Residents and theirfamilies.
• Monitoring Residents andadministering medication and treatments.
• Documents Resident care services by charting in Resident& dept. records.
• Protects Residents &staff by adhering to infectioncontrol policies &protocols.
• Resolves Resident problems&needs by utilizing multidisciplinary teamstrategies.
• Assures quality of care byadhering to Facility philosophies & standards ofcare.
• Supervising LPNs and Certified NursingAssistants (CNA)
• Maintains Resident confidenceby keeping information confidential.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Should work well in a teamorientedenvironment.
• Must hold a valid RNLicense.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• LongTerm Care experience a plus.
• Should befriendly and a team worker.
