A leading defense litigation firm based in Illinois with offices throughout the United States is looking to add a Complex Litigation Attorney to join its growing legal group.
Responsibilities :
- Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end.
- Work closely and collaborate with other attorneys and Partners.
- Regular trial preparation, investigation, court appearances, mediations, and depositions.
- Communicate with clients and draft reports to clients.
Qualifications :
- Must have a JD from an accredited law school.
- Must have 2+ years of experience in defense litigation.
- Admitted to practice in California.
- Experience with personal injury, General Liability, Catastrophic Injury, Transportation, and other civil Litigation Matters preferred.
- Client-facing experience preferred.
- Ability to integrate into a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Legal project management experience is helpful.
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
