We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. This is a full-time, permanent position with flexible scheduling options for both day and night shifts.
This position comes with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned RN to apply their skills and expertise in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. ..

Job Details
1. A current and valid RN Texas license.
2. A minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in a hospital or medical center setting.
3. Demonstrated expertise in patient care, with a strong focus on patient safety and satisfaction.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and communicate complex medical information clearly to patients and their families.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
6. A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
7. BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association or the ability to obtain these certifications within 6 months of hire.
