Navarro Regional Hospital’s Women’s Services department is now hiring a PRN Registered Nurse to work in our thriving department at our 162 bed acute care hospital.
The unit consist of 5 Labor rooms and 9 Post-partum doing an average of 50 deliveries per month.
What You Will Do
Job Duties :
- Monitor the laboring patient
- Assist with delivery of infant or infants
- Administer IV medication along with anesthesia and pain management medication
- Implements safety / infection control measures
- Continuously educates patient and families
Minimum Requirements :
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current Texas Nursing License
- At least 1 year of women's services experience
- BCLS & ACLS upon hire
Preferred Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- NRP, STABLE, AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Intermediate and / or Advanced certification
