Our agents handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to our existing client base assisting with scheduling appointments for 14 of our service departments.
This is a full-time position; 40 hours a week, 5 days a week. Our offices are open Monday Friday 7 : 00am 6 : 30pm and Saturday 7 : 00am -3 : 00pm.
We offer a base salary + a very competitive monthly bonus based on your individual performance.
Requirements of the Centralized Scheduling Department :
- Proven customer service experience (minimum 1 3 years).
- Demonstrate excellent phone and verbal communication skills.
- Past experience with heavy inbound and outbound calls preferred but not required.
- A highly professional approach and appearance.
- MUST speak clearly and have a pleasant phone manner.
- A demonstrated dedication to customer service.
- The ability to instantly build rapport with clients.
- Being organized, self-disciplined and a quick learner.
- Bilingual a plus but not required.
