As a Help Desk Technician, you will :

A week in the life of a Help Desk Technician :
- Support Members with problems concerning the ASM program.
- Assist users with CAC card registration.
- Transfer members ASM accounts from one Command to another, either via PCS or TAD.
- Process users ASM Training Jacket request for those who no longer has access to ASM, and send to the user via DoD Safe.
- Release of personnel from ASM units which include ZZNON ASM, ZZRetired, and ZZSeparated, so that they may be checked into their newly assigned commands.
- Assist users with ASM pin and password resets, and reactivation of the users ASM accounts.
- ASM Helpdesk tickets are entered and tracked via JIRA, which assigns a ticket number to the requestor for tracking / follow up.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Active Secret clearance
5+ years of experience in :

43 / hr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
