Overview
The Dishwasher at Locals Tacos and Tequila plays a vital role in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized to meet health and safety standards.
Your contributions will help create a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the dishwashing area, ensuring that clean dishes are properly stored and readily available for kitchen staff.
- Support the kitchen team by keeping dishwashing supplies, such as soap and sanitizer, stocked and ready for use.
- Dispose of kitchen waste and recycling in accordance with local health and safety guidelines.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Willingness to collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Thoroughly clean and inspect all dishes and utensils to ensure they meet sanitation standards.
- Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting heavy pots and pans as required.
