Job Summary :

Anticipated Duration : 10 months (February 2025 - December 2025)
Location : Midwest (25% onsite, 75% remote)
The Ambulatory Principal Trainer (PT) is responsible for developing and maintaining the training environment for end users of the Epic Ambulatory module.
The training environment should closely mirror the production environment, providing sample patient data and scenarios for users to practice workflows.
The PT will ensure that the training environment accurately represents the workflows users will experience in the production environment and provide the necessary training for end users to feel confident...
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain the Epic Ambulatory training environment, ensuring it mirrors the production environment.
- Create sample patient data and scenarios that reflect real-world situations for users to experience during training.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that the training environment is updated and aligned with the production environment.
- Provide training and support to end users, ensuring they understand the workflows and are prepared for the live system.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues in the training environment, working closely with technical staff.
Requirements
Requirements :
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare IT training.
- Epic Ambulatory certification required.
- Experience managing and maintaining Epic training environments.
- Strong understanding of ambulatory workflows and system configuration.
Expected Travel :
25% onsite travel for training sessions.
Expected Schedule :
Full-time, remote with onsite travel during training sessions.
