Position Overview : We are seeking a diligent and knowledgeable HR Benefits Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering various HR programs and processes, with a focus on Leaves, ADA accommodation, and Workers’ Compensation.

This position reports to HR leadership and requires close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities :

Administer assigned programs and processes, serving as the subject matter expert for Leaves, ADA accommodation, and Workers’ Compensation.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders on all cases and statuses related to assigned programs and processes.

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely submission of all relevant documentation for review.

Notify stakeholders of status / results for assigned programs and processes.

Manage vendor relationships for assigned programs and processes.

Interpret and administer processes and programs in accordance with federal and state employment laws.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA, employee privacy, and other relevant guidelines.

Review updates from XpertHR and other relevant sources.

Manage leaves via email and phone, overseeing the process from beginning to end (full cycle).

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred).

3+ years of experience in HR administration, with a focus on benefits and leaves management.

Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

HR certification (, PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
