EisnerAmper is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to support our clients ' AI journeys at Eisne rAmper .

The ideal candidate will be committed t o understanding business objective s and client needs with an advanced business understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, advanced analytics, and generative AI.

You will also have a stron g product management background and a proven record in delivering product strategy and impactful solutions across complex portfolios .

What Work You Will be Responsible For :

We are seeking someone who thrives in an innovative environment while providing clients with the following exceptional services :

Maintain client relationship and tailor the engagement to meet the client's needs and expectation

Play a visible leadership role during client engagements : conduct discovery, develop strategy and deliver solutions while managing up, down and outward

Maintain a deep understanding and advanced knowledge of product strategy and product management frameworks, AI market trends, and AI consumer and enterprise tools across a variety of industries .

Identify , define , and prioritize the product / platform roadmap to guide the client 's AI / ML / GenAI initiatives and ensure alignment with the client's business objectives .

Collaborate with partner teams to deliver extended value and services to address the client's broader AI / ML / GenAI initiatives .

Communicate and provide leadership to other team members to foster a collaborative and innovative environment .

Identify and communicate risks that are associated with AI product development .

Supervise, train, and mentor staff and seniors

Basic Qualifications

8 - 10 years of experience working in product management, preferably in leadership roles

5+ years of experience working in data platforms, data products, machine learning, or artificial intelligence products and solutions

Expertise in defining, scaling, and delivering software product s leveraging software development process through an in-depth understanding of customer needs

Preferred / Desired Qualifications

Generative AI experience a plus

Strong communication skills, strategic and analytical thinking, collaboration, and leadership
