Responsibilities :
- Excel at demand generation through professionally demonstrating expertise and solutions selling to achieve a sales target
- Build lasting relationships across a broad range of ASC-ES, contractor, distributor and industry constituents
- Select, demonstrate and promote the best ASC-ES product solutions for specific end user applications to various customers
- Work with distribution facing sales team in ASC-ES to assure sales closure, incremental product placement and achieve sales targets
- Develop new contractor and project prospects for the ASC-ES Pipeline
- Establish expertise and train key decision makers and users to ensure company-wide buy in for ASC-ES products
- Act as the front-line champion for the success of ASC-ES new product rollouts in your given expertise area
- Integrate into local trade organizations and associations to leverage contractor relationships for demand generation
- Be the product team's eyes / ears about what is happening in the field from distributors, contractors and competition in your category of expertise
- Embrace, utilize and demonstrate fluency in sales technology such as CRM, Tableau and Dodge reporting
- Learn about the use of Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) tools and their relevance in selling at ASC-ES
- 80% Contractor / 10% Distribution / 5% Engineer / 5% Administrative

ASC is seeking a Field Specialist- Mechanical Sales to cover Kansas and Missouri. Primary sales are directed toward established distributors within the territory.
Working under the direction of the Regional Sales Manager, the Field Specialist- Mechanical Sales provided the opportunity to learn or expand upon his / her knowledge of the water distribution industry and sales / strategies, all while earning a competitive base salary plus commissions.
