The ideal candidate is results-driven, hungry for being a leader, and passionate about helping people. Responsibilities : Demonstrate, promote, and sell American Income’s products and services - Present value and service to our clients with a 7 decade proven system.
Develop, Train, our upcoming agents - Maintain rapport with clients to close sales and promote customer retention. Teach, train, and grow your team.
Meet and exceed serving the clients - Achieve monthly quarterly, individual, and team goals for new and existing clients.
Track goals and results - Keep track of clients interactions and track goal attainment. Build your business - Stay abreast with growing your business, stay consistent with growing your team, and keep Globe Life's the American Income Division great reputation.
