Job Description

This is a remote position.

Your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the data collection process to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with established protocols.

This role involves supervising data collection activities, and monitoring data entry procedures. Attention to detail is paramount as you'll be responsible for verifying the completeness and accuracy of collected data.

The ideal Candidate will be responsible for providing Administrative Support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

They will handle many of the day-to-day administrative tasks. Must be detailed oriented with excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize.

Performing clerical duties including data entry, filing, preparing purchase orders, quotations, reports, letters, packing lists, incoming and outgoing communications including phone calls, emails, mail, and performing other related duties as assigned.

  • Proficient in computerized systems and software, including MS Excel , MS Word, Social Media, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat Reader.
  • Area of specialization Including Correspondence, Report & Records, Contracts, Statistics and Invoices.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Capability to work under pressure and Repetitive task
