We are seeking dedicated individuals for Packers / Production roles on our night shift . Candidates must be able to read a tape measure, stand for 12-hour shifts, and perform basic math.

Machine operation experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities include ensuring product quality, managing multiple tasks, and adhering to safety policies.

Pre-employment compliance is required.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Months until direct hire.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Auburn, Washington.

Work Environment

The work environment includes multiple departments such as Extrusion, Warehouse, Glass, and Slider. This is a fast-paced production setting where employees stand for 12-hour shifts.

The plant can get very warm during the summer (85+ degrees). There are six production lines running at all times, focusing on windows, doors, and frames.

Some positions are more physical than others, and while no experience is required, it is preferred.
