As an Associate Attorney, you will bring 2 to 5 years of experience to our team, focusing on trucking transportation, general insurance defense, or condo association litigation.
This is a full-time position, based in our Roseland, NJ office. Our firm offers competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401k package.

- Insurance Defense Litigation : 2+ years
- Trucking and Transportation Litigation : 2+ years
- New Jersey Litigation : 2+ years
Bar Admissions :

Responsibilities :
- Represent clients in court or before government agencies
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
- Advise clients on legal strategy
- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations
- Conduct initial investigations
- Prepare consistent reporting for clients detailing significant case developments

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
