Pay Rate : Up to $120,000 / year depending on experience

Position Summary : To provide maintenance and repairs on a variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards, providing the customer with a high-quality experience.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- 2+ years of HVAC service experience
- Universal EPA Certification
- Excellent communication skills with customers and coworkers
- Possess or acquire all needed tools
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work as a team
- Ability to train and supervise others

NATE Certification
