Director, Marketing Operations, Analytics & Reporting
About the role

Your next role will be to oversee the US marketing processes, data management, reporting and project management of our operations to ensure maximum efficiency and measurable success of marketing initiatives.
We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and personable Director, Marketing Operations, Analytics and Reporting who can help erect new operational processes, create campaign and creative success dashboards, and provide insights and analytics that shape future marketing campaigns and tactics.
Based in our Irvine, CA office (voted Best Places to work in Orange County 3 years in a row!) you will be responsible for launching and maintaining this discipline within Bolyn Networks US.
What you'll be doing
As part of the Marketing Organization, you'll help to ensure strategic objectives and a customer-first mindset are upheld throughout the organization.
At all levels, colleagues will rely on your expertise in marketing operations, reporting, and customer and data insights.
It's a role with a lot of variety, and day-to-day, you'll mainly be involved with :
1. Operational Leadership : Chart vision and strategy for the marketing operations team, develop and execute tactical plan to deliver on vision and strategy.
Plan, budget, and forecast for all US marketing activities. Manage marketing automation systems for lead generation, distribution, and reporting.
Establish scalable processes for lead and campaign management. Mentor and guide key marketing operations staff.
2. Marketing Analytics and Reporting : Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all growth campaigns, and marketing mediums / initiatives.
Analyze marketing, sales and customer data to develop insights. Create regular reports on marketing initiatives, business impact, and effectiveness.
Present recommendations to optimize marketing strategies to all levels of leadership.
3. Martech Stack Management & Global Alignment : Work with Group Operations to oversee the marketing technology stack. Ensure data quality in the marketing database.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Group marketing, sales, CRM data, and IT.
4. Process Optimization : Continuously assess and improve marketing workflows and processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure the timely delivery of marketing projects.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration
- 5+ years in a marketing operations role with a dynamic and complex business environment
- Proven experience in creating marketing processes and procedures, managing marketing operations and creating reporting and data analytics dashboards
- Experience working with marketing automation tools and data management
- Experience with market and customer intelligence software (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar)
- Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and multiple projects across different regions at one time
