Registered Nurse (RN)Supervisor
Onondaga Center for Rehabilitation andNursing is actively seeking RegisteredNurse (RN) Supervisor for WeekendShifts for skilled nursing facility in MinoaNY
DUTIES :
- Handle all supervisory duties for the assignedunit.
- Help establish and implement employeepolicies and procedures.
- Mentor lessexperienced nurses offering clinical & careeradvice.
- Maintain the standards of care for theunit.
- Review of Resident records & qualityof care.
- Monitor overall care & reviewindividual Residents cases
- Address questionsor complaints brought forward by Residents or theirfamilies.
- Represent the units interests withthe upperlevel management.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Must hold valid NYS RN License.
- 2years Long Term Care Experience preferred.
- 1years Charge Nurse experience preferred.
- Should have an excellent positive attitude to act as theleader of a group.
- Strong computerskills.
- Excellent communicationskills.
