Job Description :
- Work will be re-packing fish.
- Work environment is cold and wet (work continuously in a refrigerated environment 35 degrees F).
- Work could include operating packaging and labeling equipment to seal trays of packaged seafood, overwrap seafood portions in a vacuum film, freeze, and pack-out in cases.
- Cleaning and sanitizing the fish room and surrounding area, as well as complete miscellaneous other duties as assigned.
- Max weight that would be lifted : due to the nature of the job the candidate should be able to lift 80 pounds with assistance.
