Responsibilities :
- Welcome and greet potential home buyers warmly as they visit our model homes in Houston, TX.
- Provide guided tours of the model homes to showcase their features and amenities.
- Ensure the model homes are always in pristine condition and ready for viewing by maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Record visitor information accurately for future follow-ups and marketing purposes.
- Support the sales team by managing appointments and monitoring visitor traffic effectively.
- Craft a positive and memorable experience for each visitor, aiming to leave a lasting favorable impression of our company.
Qualifications :
- Must possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to connect with individuals effectively.
- Approach visitors to model homes with a warm and inviting attitude, demonstrating a genuine interest in customer service.
- Display strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail in maintaining the appearance of model homes.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times.
- Previous background in customer service, hospitality, or related fields is advantageous.
