Key ResponsibilitiesReach out to hospitals and provider offices for clinical documentationAssist with discharge planning and member outreach during inpatient and post-discharge phasesProvide operational support for the assigned team and manager as neededRequired QualificationsAssociate's degree or higher1-3 years of administrative or medical office experience preferredManaged care or health plan experience preferredProficient in navigating EHR and clinical documentation systemsBilingual is a plus
