Required Qualifications and Skills
Candidates should possess a PhD in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, or Psychology, along with a minimum of four years of experience in designing and analyzing experiments.

Experience in developing training programs and fostering a culture of data literacy within organizations is also emphasized, alongside proficiency in Python, SQL, and R.
