Job Description :
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.
The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment.
The right candidate must have electrical experience.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment, including but not limited to : CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, and grinders.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and make necessary repairs.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is running at optimal levels.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
- Assist with equipment installations and upgrades.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding maintenance and repair needs.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with CNC machines and other industrial equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
- Experience with welding and electrical work is a plus.
- Must be able to work flexible hours and occasional weekends as needed.
